Directions: When driving on 95 S, take exit 121 (St. Lucie West Blvd.) and bear left onto the main road (St. Lucie West Blvd.). At the first light, make a right (Paramount Dr.). Continue straight down Paramount Dr. and as soon as you pass a Dunkin Donuts, take another right onto S.W. Fountainview Blvd. Continue straight until you pass a Bob Evans and the Chamber of Commerce. CannaMD is located on the right-hand side of the road in the parking lot that has a sign reading, “W Executive Suites”. Our office is the second building on the right (numbered “1860”). Patients are welcome to park anywhere they’d like. Please head into Suite 100 and the receptionist will direct you to our office from there.
How to Get Your Medical Marijuana Card in Port St. Lucie
Getting your medical marijuana card in Port St. Lucie is easy, thanks to CannaMD‘s state-licensed, board-certified physicians!
As a reminder, Senate Bill 8A defines a qualified patient as:
A resident of this state [Florida] who has been added to the medical marijuana use registry by a qualified physician to receive marijuana or a marijuana delivery device for a medical use and who has a qualified patient identification card.
To qualify for medical marijuana in Florida, patients must:
- Be diagnosed by a certified medical marijuana doctor with a qualifying condition, and
- Be a permanent or temporary resident of Florida.
To meet Florida’s definition of a seasonal resident, patients must:
- Live in Florida for at least 31 consecutive days each calendar year.
- Maintain temporary residence in Florida.
- Return to their home state at least once a year.
- Be a registered U.S. voter or pay income tax in another state.

Senate Bill 8A further defines what conditions qualify for medical marijuana, including:
According to Florida state law, additional conditions may also qualify, including:
- Any other “diagnosable, debilitating condition of the same like, kind, or class” (such as anxiety, depression, or migraines).
- Terminal conditions that have been diagnosed by a doctor other than a patient’s medical marijuana doctor.
- Chronic nonmalignant pain.
